Vosper is a LN Testudu Bard 5/Pathfinder Chronicler 3 currently living in Free Tesaya but frequently and widely traveling throughout Gondal. His particular area of interest is the story of the beastfolk and their emerging societies. He does not intentionally involve himself in wars or political disputes, but his area of interest often embroils him in conflicts nonetheless.
Traveling from place to place, Vosper receives hospitality from many kinds of beastfolk - in return, he tells them stories about themselves, stories they may not have yet heard; stories of what they are becoming, and might become, in a future where they are entirely free.
Vosper's name became widely known among scholars decades ago, as he was the first to publish a comprehensive grammar of the language that Sascrians called Sylvan, which is shared among many of the beastfolk even long after they won independence from the magocrats. He has traced the roots of the various dialects back to an original, lost language, which was likely spoken by whatever human group the School of Metamorphosis used as stock for their experiments.
He is currently working on a project long in the making - an epic tale of the beastfolk, which he hopes will be a significant step in building a beastfolk nation.
Though he appears middle-aged (it is hard to tell with Testudo), it is noted by scholars that his original Philologia of the Beastfolk Peoples was first published almost 100 years ago...

Any creature wrapped in these bandages recovers from wounds and ability damage each day as if receiving complete bed rest regardless of activity (Pathfinder RPG Core Rulebook 191). A creature actually receiving long-term care (from the Heal skill) or complete bed rest while wearing the bandages gains a +4 bonus to its effective level or Hit Dice when determining how many hit points it recovers each day. The bandages are destroyed once removed or when the wearer recovers all hit points and ability damage, whichever comes first. There is, of course, no Pathfinder Society, so the name of the Prestige Class needs to change - something like Wandering Chronicler? Other ideas?
