Petra's Privateers used to be officially sanctioned by the Sascrian government. After the Collapse and the loss of communications with the Sascrian command and control structure, they decided to become independent. The leader is a human Sascrian woman by the name of Petra Benouli. They number about fifty indidividuals based out of the ruined fortress of Bal'dawir. The majorit of their members are human with significant numbers of beastfolk, especially lupines.
