So anyone who even remotly often checks up on byswarm can see that we have a numbers/activity problem.  Before I post this it has been 3 weeks and 6 days since the last post.  We need to do something to get more people coming to the sight and more activity out of those that are already here every now and then.

So I'm starting this topic in search of ideas aimed at increasing activity on the sight so that we might eventually make progress with this idea.

-The sight itself I think could use some redesign, it's to plain as is but keep the dark feel it fits the "swarm" vibe.

-even if not progressing onto the next phase of the game we need to start more things like maybe a character section in which we can have the concepts posted already reposted with an emphasis on characters of that world and get people talking more specificly characters.  This would not only help add depth to the content already created but perhaps get more people active.  The same could be done for settings, enemies, stories, systems...with a more complete picture of the concepts we have we can come to a better conclusion when a chose it made.

-I don't know how much web design is doable here but I would suggest if possible created  a ranking system through which we could create contests for the previous concept allowing a user to create a contest for their story's character creations and the winner recieves ranking points.

I'm trying to think of more simple aproaches then the last idea and will continue to do so does anyone have any other ideas?
