Some boriwogs are very particular about their appearance. They preen their bristles and conduct themselves upright and friendly. These boriwogs receive a +2 racial bonus to Diplomacy. As these boriwogs deplore their porcine stereotypes, this ability replaces the ability of a boriwog to use its tusks as a weapon.

To balance out with the
To balance out with the weapon, they'll need bonuses to two skills. Maybe Knowledge: Nobility becomes a class skill, and if it already is, they get a +2?
What about +2 to any skill
What about +2 to any skill check based on Charisma? That's not quite as good as having higher charisma since they are still effectively -1 due to their penalty and won't help casters with Charisma-based spell-casting.
